This traditional Louisiana dish consists of a homemade roux, delicious shrimp, and crabmeat. Served with a side of rice.

Crawfish Etouffee

This Southern Louisiana delicacy is loaded with fresh Louisiana Crawfish tails. It is served over rice and is served with a side of potato salad.

Shrimp Acadiana

Our version of Alfredo served over penne pasta and topped with delicious butterflied Gulf shrimp. Served with a garden salad.

Catfish on the Teche

It is served with 3 fillets of catfish, fried or grilled and topped with crawfish etouffee. Served with a garden salad or potato salad.

Hamburger Steak

11 oz. homemade hamburger steak topped with onions and gravy. Served with a garden salad with fries. Cooked well done.
